Trust Monky

Your team stays informed and in charge

Monky learns how work gets done. It is not built to rate the people who do it. Here is what that means in practice.

Nothing is learned without a yes

The business chooses which processes Monky learns from. Activity is collected, and only what the business chooses is processed. Each employee sees one screen: who set Monky up, what it does and how to stop it. They accept before anything is learned from their computer. Declining leaves Monky inactive.

Each person can pause, any time

A pause control is always in view, so the person using the computer can pause at any time. Pausing or signing out stops Monky seeing anything new on that computer until they resume.

Results for the business, never the person

Monky learns how the work gets done. It doesn't focus on who does it or how well. What it learns is reported for the whole business, never per person or per computer.

You can see what Monky has done

Every run is logged with what it did. Monky runs only workflows you have certified, and one switch stops all of Monky's work.

What Monky does not do

Monky does not:

  • Learn from anyone who has not agreed.
  • Process work outside the processes the business chose.
  • Report on individual people, or rate how well any individual works.
  • Run any workflow you have not certified.
  • Keep seeing anything new on a computer after its user pauses it or signs out.
