Privacy on this website

What we collect

Only what you give us, and the basic technical information any website receives. There is no analytics and no advertising on this website and we do not build a profile of you. We use no tracking cookies outside of those needed to operate our website, application and interactions with you.

If you request an invite

Our request form asks for your name, your email address, your business name, your job title, your country and, in the United States and Canada, your state or province. You can also give a phone number, a region if you are elsewhere, your type of business, and a note about your interest in Monky. If you reached us through a link with a campaign tag, we also note which link it was. We use this only to contact you about the pilot and to see whether the pilot fits your work.

When you send the form, it passes through a small service we run on Cloudflare into our customer database, Twenty, which keeps it for us. If that does not work, the form prepares an email for you to send to info@tikali.ai instead. We do not share your request with anyone outside Tikali except the services named below.

The form asks whether we may keep your information to contact you about the broad rollout of Monky. If you say yes, we keep it, add you to our rollout mailing list, and may email you about Monky's rollout or similar items. We will not overdo it. You can ask us to stop at any time. If you say no, we use your request only for the pilot, and if you do not join the pilot, we delete it.

What our servers see

When your browser requests a page, our servers receive basic technical information: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type. We use it only to deliver the site and keep it running and secure. We do not combine it with other information or use it for marketing. We regularly cycle these logs, unless we need them longer to investigate a security issue.

Services we use

Cloudflare delivers this site, helps it load quickly and protects it from attacks. To do that, it processes the same technical information and may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people apart from automated traffic. That cookie is strictly necessary. Cloudflare also runs the small service that passes your request to Twenty, our CRM vendor, and Microsoft 365 handles email sent to us. Twenty stores pilot requests and our contacts with you. We host our own fonts, so no font service learns that you visited.

If you email us

If you write to info@tikali.ai, we use your message and address to reply. We keep the conversation for as long as we need it to help you. We do not automatically add you to a mailing list.

Do Not Track

Because this website does not track visitors, it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No website can guarantee perfect security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@tikali.ai. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them where they apply.
